CScout: The C Refactoring Browser

I stumbled across CScout: The C Refactoring Browser today while reading a discussion of enhancements the clang‘s preprocessor argument handling.  CScout looks really interesting as it lets you perform a bunch of automated refactorings on large C codebases, is open source, and works independently of any particular integrated development environment.
